  • Hawthorne Plaza, Portland, Oregon:

Commercial retail development of +/- 18K SF space in SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, Oregon. Formerly known as the Sunnyside Masonic Temple, a famous landmark in SE Portland. When we first acquired the property had little to no commercial value. We worked with the City of Portland to change the use of space and developed the property as a retail mixed-use plaza. It took us less than two yeas to fill the space with retail and food service tenants. Due to its location, we also had multiple cell-tower companies as tenants, which made our occupancy rate to be over 120%.The property was sold in November 2005.

  • Agricultural Property, Sherwood, Oregon:

Land development and managing of 40-acre farm property in Sherwood, Oregon. The property came with tens of thousands of landscape trees. These were all sold to commercial landscaping companies. The property was fully leased under contract in December 2005 and eventually sold to the lessee in June 2010.
